Refund policy
Every Evolution Design piece is printed to order in South Florida. Here is how returns and refunds work.
Ready-made wall art
You can return a ready-made design within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at evolutionsignd@gmail.com so we can send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom photo prints, custom sizes, logo signs and other personalized pieces are made just for you, so they are final sale and cannot be returned. For custom orders we can send you a preview before production on request, so you can approve the design first.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or arrange another solution at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund before your order goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
